ArmsCare are has joined the Kickstart Scheme!
The aim of the scheme is to encourage young people into the world of work and in our case, to find a career in care.
The scheme takes on a two-pronged approach:
1) Professional Development - showing them what it's like in the world of work, giving them hands-on skills and training. By the end of it, a glowing reference!
2) Personal development - understanding how to write a CV and the art of interviewing.
We all have someone that took a chance on us and gave us our first big break so let's hope this scheme works for the young people of Norfolk!
All Kick Start Applicants must be referred via the Jobcentre

In Home Care
(24hr Quality live in home care and specialist support)
At ArmsCare we pride ourselves on delivering high quality care to those we care for. Our 24 hour Live-In care is an alternative to moving into a residential care home. In some cases, dramatic changes to routine and environment can have a significant and distressing impact on a individuals life and wellbeing.
Here at ArmsCare, our live in carers are directly employed, DBS vetted and highly trained to live with you as a companion and support your daily activities in your own home. The team focuses solely on your needs, wishes and preferences, this allows you to maintain your routines, interests and hobbies.
You and your family will decide the carers usual working hours, based on when you will need the most assistance. The Carer, outside these agreed hours will be able to rest, sleep and enjoy the usual activities of living at home.
