ArmsCare are has joined the Kickstart Scheme!
The aim of the scheme is to encourage young people into the world of work and in our case, to find a career in care.
The scheme takes on a two-pronged approach:
1) Professional Development - showing them what it's like in the world of work, giving them hands-on skills and training. By the end of it, a glowing reference!
2) Personal development - understanding how to write a CV and the art of interviewing.
We all have someone that took a chance on us and gave us our first big break so let's hope this scheme works for the young people of Norfolk!
All Kick Start Applicants must be referred via the Jobcentre

Our Staff
Join Our Team!
As a growing provider of care services in the area, we are always on the lookout to strengthen our dedicated team of day and night care staff.
Whether you are an experienced qualified carer or whether it is something you would like to get into, give us a call or send us an application form and we would be more than willing to have a chat with you.
We understand that not everybody can work full time, which is why we are flexible in our approach and offer from as little as 7 hours per week to as much as 42 hours per week depending on the number of shifts you want to work.
Our shift patterns normally run from 7.00 am to 2.00 pm and then from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm, with a night shift running from 9.00 pm to 7.00 am the following morning.
As we operate 4 homes, two within a short distance from each other, members of staff will also have the opportunity for overtime to cover holidays and other absences. Any member of staff can volunteer for cover in any home.
