ArmsCare are has joined the Kickstart Scheme!
The aim of the scheme is to encourage young people into the world of work and in our case, to find a career in care.
The scheme takes on a two-pronged approach:

1) Professional Development - showing them what it's like in the world of work, giving them hands-on skills and training. By the end of it, a glowing reference!
​
2) Personal development - understanding how to write a CV and the art of interviewing.
We all have someone that took a chance on us and gave us our first big break so let's hope this scheme works for the young people of Norfolk!

Introducing AI at Armscare
ArmsCare is proud to announce the installation and role out of Earzz AI monitoring system at our Care Homes. ​
Earzz is a non-intrusive AI-Powered Acoustic monitoring Solution designed and co-produced with ArmsCare to help our care homes enhance resident safety, increase resident freedom, reduce staff burden, improve overall efficiency - all while respecting resident privacy. Earzz remotely monitors and proactively alerts caregivers to sounds of concern in resident’s rooms enabling timely, proactive interventions.​
ArmsCare has been in co-production discussions and trials with Earzz since 2024 and is now actively engaging in this new AI technology to provide 21st century care to our residents. The Earzz capabilities continue to grow and expand as we learn and feedback.

Terrington Lodge has been using Earzz since 2024 and is proud to announce, bedroom falls have dropped to zero. The system alerts for vocalisations from residents who can't use call bells and helps with better sleep through anomaly detection. We are proud to announce the Earzz ai system has significantly increased safety at the home and allows our residents to get the best nights sleep. ​​After a successful trial period at Terrington Lodge, we are rolling out the system to all of our care homes. ​
